The short version

AI Local SEO Expert is an SEO agency. It helps small and mid-sized businesses get found on Google Search, Google Maps and AI answer tools such as Google’s AI Overviews.

The name is a mouthful, and people sometimes read it as a description rather than a name. It’s the name of a business. It isn’t a software tool and it isn’t an AI product that does the work by itself. People do the work, and they use AI tools where those tools genuinely help.

Who runs it

The agency is founded and led by me, Animesh Singh. I’ve worked in SEO for more than 17 years, and I work as a full-time freelancer, including on Upwork and Freelancer.com. Most of my work is local SEO: helping businesses get found by customers nearby.

I stay closely involved in every project, and I’m open with clients about who does what.

Our main office is in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. We work remotely with clients in six countries:

Working from India means the distance isn’t a barrier, but local knowledge still matters. For each project, I research the local market, the competitors and how customers in that area actually search.

We also have pages for specific industries, including dentists, HVAC, plumbing, law firms and real estate.

Every project follows the same six steps, adapted to the business:

1. Audit. A technical, on-page and Google Business Profile review to find what’s holding visibility back.
2. Research. Keywords and questions based on what your customers actually search.
3. On-page work. Titles, content, internal links and structured data for your key pages.
4. Profile and listings. Google Business Profile work and consistent citations.
5. Authority. Earning links and mentions from real sources.
6. Reporting. Monthly updates on rankings, profile actions and traffic, with clear next steps.

Why we focus on local and AI search

Customers of local businesses usually start close to home. Google says local results are based on relevance, distance and prominence, which is why a verified, complete profile and honest reviews matter so much.

Now there’s a second layer. AI answers sit above many results, and they pull from the same public information: your pages, your profile, your reviews and what other sites say about you. So we treat local SEO and AI search as one job. The foundation is the same in both: clear information, trustworthy pages and details that match everywhere.

What to expect in the first month

Every project is different, and we agree the scope before work starts. In general, the first month covers:

• A full audit of your website and Google Business Profile
• A plain-English explanation of what we found and why it matters
• A prioritised list of fixes, so the most useful changes come first
• Early Business Profile improvements and listing clean-up
• The first on-page changes to your key service pages
• A reporting setup, so you can see progress each month

Longer-term results, like stronger reviews and local links, build over the following months.

The ideas behind our work

Four principles guide how we work:

• Clarity. We explain things in plain words, because you shouldn’t need a glossary to understand your own marketing.
• Evidence. We source facts and avoid claims we can’t back up.
• Honesty about limits. Rankings and AI citations can’t be guaranteed, and we say so.
• Your ownership. Your website, profiles and data belong to you.

What we don’t do

Being clear about this matters as much as listing services.

• We don’t guarantee rankings. Nobody can.
• We don’t buy reviews or write fake ones.
• We don’t use link farms or other shortcuts.
• We don’t keep your accounts. You should own your website, Google Business Profile and analytics.

Is AI Local SEO Expert a good choice for you?

I’d be a poor judge of that, but here’s an honest framework. We may be a good fit if you want direct access to an experienced SEO, you run a local or service business, and you value plain-English reporting.
